Boundaries

We Do Not...

BettingInNM is an editorial site, not a sportsbook or regulator. There are several things we cannot help with — please contact the appropriate party instead.

  • Handle bets, payouts, deposits, withdrawals, or sportsbook account issues
  • Provide gambling advice, betting tips, picks, or predictions
  • Resolve disputes with sportsbooks (contact the NM Gaming Control Board or the relevant tribal gaming commission directly)
Disputes & Complaints

Where to File Sportsbook Complaints

If you have a dispute with a New Mexico tribal sportsbook — about a wager, a payout, an account issue, or operator conduct — BettingInNM cannot intervene. The correct points of contact are:

NM Gaming Control Board

Statewide gaming regulator overseeing licensed gambling activity in New Mexico.

Web: nmgcb.org

Phone: (505) 841-9700

Tribal Gaming Commissions

Each tribe has its own gaming commission with primary jurisdiction over conduct at its casino. Contact the commission for the specific casino in question — Santa Ana, Pojoaque, Mescalero Apache, Isleta, or Laguna.
